Hi, I’m Lisa.

I’m the author of The Audacity of Her: A Woman's Guide to Unapologetic Living  (Formerly Big Sis Energy) and co-author of I Love Myself the Way My Puppy Loves Me (Unconditionally).  Both books are love letters to yourself, helping you connect, grow, and embrace who you are - at any age.

I’ve learned that the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. Loving who we are, flaws and all, makes life richer. When we stop living for other people’s approval and start living for ourselves, life just… clicks.  Things feel easier, lighter, and more satisfying - because fulfillment comes from honoring your own heart, not trying to fit into someone else’s idea of you. This is the advice I wish I could give my younger self, and it’s why I keep passionately sharing this message with the world.

I live in Florida with my amazing husband John and three beloved dogs - including Zuzu, my fluffball soulmate and basically my emotional support shadow.
